Dane claims that the government is seeding the atmosphere with chemicals through domestic and military aircraft to secretly control the weather. Meanwhile, they are simultaneously blocking the sun, creating hurricanes, starting wildfires, and poisoning their own citizens in the name of this diabolic scheme.
